We Love Luv 'n' Stuff
While we are busy mixing our latest recording, I wanted to take the opportunity to "pump" our next show. Next up is a Valentine's Day gig at Dobhan Restaurant - not a place we'd usually play, but for Luv, we'll do anything. It's a fantastic restaurant with food like this:
No, I don't know what it is, but I'd gladly eat it. The idea is, you can enjoy dinner at Dobhan (2110 Atwood Ave, Madison, WI 53704) and then stick around to dance with yer date to The Motor Primitives. Or, just stop by with or without a date around 9pm and enjoy free admission and a cocktail or three. If you're single, instead of weeping on your couch, this might be a cool happening at which to meet someone! And, if you're not good at that sort of thing, we'll talk to you. Really...if you buy a T-shirt, a-that is... :>)

Frankly, this sucks. Sure, I get to enjoy a lovely dinner (are those big marshmallows with green stuff drizzled on them?) with my sweetie, but as soon as the music and dancing starts -- actually BEFORE the music and dancing starts -- he disappears and becomes EVERYONE'S sweetie and I'm left crying in my beer. It's the tragic life of a rock & roll widow.
